Pelican Cove Condominium Association, Inc. is a beautiful, 75-acre gated community along Little Sarasota Bay in Sarasota, Florida. Each of the six informal neighborhoods differs slightly architecturally and each of the 731 condominium homes has at least one outstanding view of water, woods, lawn expanse, flower garden or swimming pool. Three recreational clubhouses, six heated swimming pools, four lighted tennis courts and miles of scenic pathways make Pelican Cove one of the outstanding condominiums in Florida.

For boating enthusiasts, 20-foot to 40-foot slips are available in our private harbor and canoe and kayak storage is also offered with easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

In addition to this interactive website, both the Pelican Cove News and in-house television Channel 57 provide residents with up-to-date information on the wide range of community activities offered throughout the year such as Social Club events, the Pelican Cove University, the Pelican Cove Art Show, exercise classes, committee meetings and much more.
